Browse your wardrobe for anything black and possibly sexy: a black turtleneck and leather pants, a little black dress, a black dress of any kind. You most likely have one pair of black patent leather shoes. Now go out and enter the first supermarket you come across. You are going to find every sort of low cost gadgets and treats for Halloween. Pick one theme for your DIY Halloween costume: pumpkin, skeleton, spider, ghost. Then go ahead and buy a few gadgets you can use to embellish your outfit. Be creative: candies can turn into necklaces and black cardboard can be shaped into a witch’s hat just with scissors and tape.
