Lash lifting for incredible natural lashes
Who doesn’t want incredible lashes? It would be great waking up with those fawn lashes which make our eyes look bigger and younger.
There’s mascara of course, which can make wonders if you have naturally curvy lashes. And there are false lashes, which you can’t wear on a daily basis though. Or there are lash extensions, which as a downside are very delicate and expensive.
I’ve been doing some research. And found out that lash lifting is the most effective and less invasive procedure to get curved lashes for weeks.
Lash lifting procedure basically consists in stretching our upper lashes and applying a special serum which will held them in place for weeks.
This procedure can be carried out at specialised beauty salons, but there are also lash lifting kits we can use at home.
Lash lifting DIY tutorial
Your lash lifting kit should feature silicon pads, adhesive gel, perm serum. But you must be equipped also with: gauze pads, medical adhesive tape, a protein makeup remover, a clean mascara brush. And, if you want to dye your lashes as well, you will need a specific dye.
First of all put in place the gauze pads. One on your upper eyelid. One under your eye, to cover your lower lashes. Fix the pads with adhesive tape.
Now cleanse the lashes. You can use protein remover pads or any other oil free remover.
Well, it’s time to place the silicon pads on your upper eyelid. Apply a line of adhesive gel as close as possible to your lash line. Then stretch your lashes upwards till they adhere completely to the silicon pad.
Once they are stretched and fixed, apply the perm serum with the help of a clean mascara brush. After a few minutes, remove the perm serum and the adhesive gel very gently.
If you want to dye your lashes, it’s time to apply the lash dye. After removing the dye you might want to apply a moisturising serum. And voila! Here you have your perfectly curved and longer lashes.
Now tell me babes, have you ever tried lash lifting? Don’t hesitate to share your experience, it’s precious!

non ho provato questa procedura, ma sembra un ottimo modo per creare un effeto di ‘occhi bambi’.

I’ll say it straight away, unless I decide to go into a career of a drag queen, I’m not going to lift my lashes, but I do want to point out that you’ve made an exceptional guide of how to do that and the results speak for themselves as your lashes are really beautiful!
Much love,
Thomas

Wow! I’ve always wanted to try something semi permanent on my lashes! This looks great! I’ll definitely look more into it, because I hate having to apply mascara every day only to take it off!

I’ve never tried this, Val, but it sounds interesting. I have short straight lashes that go down, so this sounds like something I can benefit from. Thanks for the heads up, and hope you’re having a lovely weekend so far. XOXO
Omg I have never heard of this but totally want to try! I love that it can be done from time. I definitely wouldn’t trust myself to do it but now I’m curious to get a friend to do it for me!
