Good morning butterflies,
I had been craving for some time for a miltary-style coat, and guess what, my darling mother in law spotted this one and bought it for me.
I don’t need to step out of my comfort zone and opt for an edgy military look, because its soft fabric makes it suitable to be incorporated in one of my go-to everyday outfits.
Here I’m rocking it over a soft mini-dress and baroque-print leggings. The only colourful addition to the all navy-blue ensemble is my Furla mini-bag and a multi-coloured tennis bracelet by Tatitoto.
To give the outfit an elegant finish – I donned it on Easter Sunday for a family meetup – I chose nude patent t-bar pumps, which can conveniently be replaced by ballerinas or oxford lace-ups for an easier look.
