Most of the time we are so busy running here and there – or at least we think we are – that we loose the contact with our Self.
Indulging in the sensual perception of what we are too absentminded to notice may help us slow down and make us aware of our presence HERE and NOW.
I am very sensitive to smells, therefore all of my memories have a peculiar smell, if you know what I mean. Here’s a short list of “what SMELLS good to me”:
1. The earth and the air when it’s going to rain
2. Freshly grounded coffe beans
3. My daughter’s pyjamas
4. Bubble bath with essential oil of lavender
5. Leather seats of old cars
6. Cocoa oil on the beach
What’s on YOUR list?
Lots of love and have a happy weekend dears
