Diana Vreeland used to say that every girl should have geisha training.
Too often wrongly assimilated to a high end “courtesan”, the geisha stands out as an icon of sophisticated femininity, demure elegance and dignity.
I find the halo of mystery conjured up by this poised and graceful figure fascinating and inspiring.

I love "geishas". They are so beautiful and perfect, like dolls!
