Ciao foglioline, oggi vi mostro un outfit bon-ton dai toni neutri, per celebrare la giornata della Terra. Gonna di Lino, blusa morbida color ecru e rosso mattone, sandali in juta e borsa color sabbia. La primavera risveglia in me un richiamo alla natura e ai suoi colori. Tonalità e fibre naturali rappresentano al meglio questo mood. Sotto il sole vincono infatti i toni neutri, fashion-declinabili in chiave bon-ton (come nel mio look), maschile, etnica, seventies… Siamo in molte ormai, fashion blogger e fashion victims, ad apprezzare ed indossare indumenti in materiali vegetali dalle tonalità neutre.
Indossare capi dai toni neutri dona un grande tocco di raffinatezza, di eleganza sussurrata e non ostentata. Le linee morbide e i tessuti naturali mi fanno sentire in sinergia con madre terra, rilassata e solare. E’ scientificamente provato infatti che i colori influenzino l’umore; secondo la cromoterapia i toni neutri recano a chi li indossa sensazioni di pace interiore, calma, e benessere. L’armonia con ciò che ci circonda è anche il senso della celebrazione della giornata della Terra.
Thomas Hardy ha dedicato ai toni neutri una poesia, ma la chiave troppo malinconica non rispecchia a mio avviso il loro vero spirito. Trovo che l’essenza ne sia colta appieno invece dai moderni designer d’interni, che con questi colori decorano abitazioni in stile provenzale e new classic. Come non citare poi i fashion designer, che utilizzano i toni neutri si imbattono per creare capi chicchissimi ed eleganti. Nella loro essenza minimal i toni neutri diventano sofisticati simboli di lussuosa eleganza se indossati da una donna di classe. A voi piace indossare i toni neutri miei splendidi girasoli?

Hello petals, today I’m wearing a bon-ton outfit in neutral shades, to celebrate Earth day. Linen skirt, soft ecru and burnt orange blouse, jute sandals and sand-colored bag. Spring awakens in me the call of nature and its colors. Neutral shades and natural fibers definitely convey this mood. Wearing clothes in neutral shades conjures up an image of sophistication, of understated, whispered elegance. Soft silhouettes and natural fabrics make me feel in synergy with mother earth, relaxed and vibrant. It’s scientifically proven that colors affect mood; according to chromotherapy neutral shades convey feelings of inner peace, calm, and well-being. The harmony with our surroundings is also the meaning of the celebration of Earth day. Thomas Hardy dedicated a poem to neutral shades, but the melancholic mood in my opinion does not reflect their true spirit. I think their essence is instead fully grasped by modern interior designers, who use neutral shades to decorate homes in new classic style. Not to mention fashion designers, using neutral tones to create chic garments. In their minimal essence neutral tones become sophisticated symbol of high-end elegance when donned by a classy woman. I do think it is possible to love both neutral and vibrant colours. I don’t shy away from the loud, neon or vibrant shades, but I appreciate the sophistication that the neutral colour bring to an outfit.
