I was so excited I couldn’t wait to share with you the pictures from today’s dip in fashion!
At Nannini’s showroom in Milan I was warmly welcomed by lovely Francesca and Ilaria, who let me have a sneak peek at FW2014 collection.
The new company stylist Daniele Dei designed a cutting-edge collection, shaping the luxurious hides made in Florence into urban-chic delights which will hit the stores starting from the end of August.
What I appreciated the most is the modern twist given by the new lines, the mix of leather finishes and textures, the use of bold colors and cuts.
A “low-cost” collection was also displayed, with an equally eye-catching design employed in the manufacture of easy-going shoppers made of fabric.
A special mention goes to the capsule collection designed by Guillermo Mariotto: the treasure map theme from SS2013 collection has been enriched by shiny charms and elaborate metal plates,with earthy hues warming the dainty prints of exotic flavour.
