Most of the time we are so busy running here and there – or at least we think we are – that we loose the contact with our Self.
Indulging in the sensual perception of what we are too absentminded to notice may help us slow down and make us aware of our presence HERE and NOW.
Here’s a short list of “the sounds I love to HEAR” :
1. Pouring rain while I’m curled up in my bed
2. Seagulls in the distance
3. Utter silence in the mountains
4. Foreign languages
5. Yoga teacher’s voice guiding you through meditations
6. Beautiful voices coming from the heart
