Essie Gel Couture NEW Nail Polishes
At the MET gala this year Essie debuted with its new line of nail polishes Gel Couture, donned for the occasion by stars like Kate Bosworth, Katie Holmes and Elle Fanning.
Essie Gel Couture collection consists of 42 shades, 28 of which have been released in Italy, and a sealing top coat. In fact, the new glazes are expected to look like gel, without the use of UV or LED lamps, lasting up to 14 days.
You must apply Gel Couture lacquers like any other nail polish and you can remove them with a common remover. While the nail lacquer formula is rich with extra bright pure pigments, the packaging dresses up with a unique and attractive design.
Inspired by the world of haute couture, the collection branches out into four families of color. Each has a different feel inspired to different moments of the Couture world, from the atelier to the after party.
Essie Gel Couture Atelier features soft tones inspired by the palette of the atelier, including silks, tulle and precious fabrics. On the other hand, the nuances of First Look are charming and ultra-feminine, just like the first look that comes out from the backstage.
Essie Gel Couture Fashion Show is a range of bright colours triggering the same wow-effect as the models walking on the catwalk. After Party is the family of dark colors, super glamorous for a party.

MET Gala e tanto importante, dolce Coco, e Essie ha mostrato i nuovi smalti per unghie, attraverso attrici famose! i piace Essie, ed i colori sono sempre bennissimi, cremosa e con buona pigmentazione! E vero che preferisco unghie senza smalti (che strana, no?), ma a vece mi piace molto un buono smalto, sono una donna 🙂 Baci e una buona settimana!

I have yet to try a gel manicure but I keep hearing great things about them. Essie is on of my fave nail polish lines so I need to check out this range.
The colors looks great as usual, what I see different are the bottles, funny shape.
