How gym attitude fashion trend has become the new athleisure. Hello my loves, if you’re wondering whether I’ve just walked out from the gym, the answer is no. Actually I’m fully embracing the gym attitude fashion trend.
In fact, athleisure looks – which mixed sporty and chic items, have been replaced by sporty looks featuring high-end workout gear. To be more clear, gym attitude fashion trend means that workout garments, upgraded to their most glamorous level, have come to play a key role in every style influencer’s wardrobe.
Starting from super skinny leggings. For example Giambattista Valli matched one of his precious tops to a pair of Nike leggings. And joggers with a glam twist. Like Chloe jogging pants, to be donned with sexy high heels. Or palazzo pants with a side stripe, inspired by Adidas iconic gym suits from the Nineties.
Then there are more and more sweatshirt dresses. And maxi sweatshirts, styled over longuette skirts in Max Mara catwalks. Another option to rock the gym attitude fashion trend is wearing a designer gym suit. Such as the latest designed by Marc Jacobs and Balenciaga. By the way, Balenciaga sneakers have become the new must-have shoes, already sported by worldwide IT girls and boys.
Gym attitude fashion trend – my personal style
Although I’ve never been a fan of sporty garments, the designs from the latest fashion collections have almost convinced me. I say almost because this gym attitude fashion trend is at high risk of verging on cheap if not styled properly. My personal style advice is: always add chic details and make sure you don’t look too much like the Sporty Spice. What do you think about this fashion trend my darlings?

Come interpretare la tendenza moda lanciata dalle millenials gym-addicted. Buongiorno tesori, se vi state chiedendo se sono appena uscita dalla palestra, la risposta è no. In realtà sto sperimentando la tendenza moda gym attitude.
Lo so, vi eravate appena abituate ai look athleisure, mix di elementi sportivi e chic. Ebbene, ora la nuova tendenza gym-style più amata dalle style influencer prevede di indossare lussuosi capi sportivi. Mi spiego meglio. L’abbigliamento da palestra e da allenamento è stato reinterpretato e reso glam, per essere indossato in outfit di tendenza.
A partire da leggings super aderenti. Per esempio Giambattista Valli ha fatto sfilare uno dei suoi preziosi top sopra ad un paio di leggings esclusivi di Nike. Anche i classici joggers vengono proposti in satin e velluto, e impreziositi da dettagli glam. Come quelli visti in passerella da Chloe, abbinati a tacchi altissimi. Molto popolari tra le IT girl, le collezioni moda pullulano di pantaloni palazzo con banda laterale, ispirati agli iconici Adidas degli anni Novanta.
Inoltre ci sono sempre più abiti in felpa. E felpe oversize, che abbiamo visto abbinate a gonne longuette sulla passerella di Max Mara. Per interpretare la tendenza moda gym attitude potete scegliere di indossare una tuta di design. Tra le proposte più trendy troviamo Marc Jacobs e Balenciaga. A proposito, sembra che le sneakers must-have 2018 siano poprio quelle proposte da Balenciaga. Preparatevi a vederle ovunque, indossate da IT girls – e boys.

Sebbene non abbia mai amato particolarmente gli indumenti sportivi, le ultime collezioni moda mi hanno quasi convinto. Dico quasi perchè questa tendenza moda è ad alto rischio di caduta di stile. Il mio consiglio personale è: aggiungete sempre dei dettagli chic al vostro look gym-style. Ovvero assicuratevi di non assomigliare troppo alla Sporty Spice!
