Apple pie & outfit of the day

Apple pie & outfit of the day

Hello dears!
these days I’ve been baking my special apple pie every other day, because my darlings go crazy for it, so I thought I could share the original recipe with you, my sweet readers!
– apples, 1.000 g
– brown sugar or honey, 150 g
– cinammon
– 1 lemon
– 2 eggs
– white sugar, 200 g
– butter, 150 g
– milk, 100 ml
– flour, 300 g
– vanilla scented baking powder, 16 g
Cut the apples in tiny little pieces, mix them with cinammon, lemon juice and brown sugar, then pour them in a baking tin (approx 29 cm diameter) previously covered with parchment paper.
Now in a bowl add one by one the other ingredients, mixing and adding and mixing: eggs > sugar> melted butter&milk > flour&baking powder.
Cover the apples with this mixture and put it in pre-heated oven (180°) for 50 minutes.
Here we go!
Ok, you did great! Now pull your floury self together and go have some shopping!!!!
Have a great weekend lovelies, and – if you get the chance – I would love if you could follow me here too:

So smiles and happy tummies all around in your family. 🙂 The pie looks yummy and I can imagine how lovely the house smelled when you baked it.
I make something very similar, but without milk and butter (mine is Russian Charlotte) and in winter I make English apple pie, with shortcrust pastry. :)

Love the bag – so adorable!
Have a great weekend!
